During our Xmas stay in this hotel, we were impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. The hotel's prime location, with proximity to a mall, was a major advantage as we could take care of all our shopping needs. The rooms were spacious and immaculately maintained. the food offered in the hotel's restaurant was scrumptious and varied, ensuring that we had a pleasant gastronomic experience.

One of the major downsides was the music played in the club that was clearly audible from our room, which caused a bit of disturbance. , there was an overpowering scent in some rooms that we found uncomfortable.

Spent an amazing Xmas at this hotel! The ambiance and decorations were top-notch. The staff was extremely welcoming and made sure all our needs were met. What I liked the most was the amazing rooftop restaurant, the food there is absolutely delicious and the view from up there is breathtaking. The rooms are cozy and clean, with nice amenities like toiletries and hot showers, and the location couldn’t be better, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

My only complaint is that the standard room felt a bit small for the price. It would have been nice to have a mini-fridge in the room, as we needed to keep our drinks chilled.

The hotel staff are courteous and work hard to ensure customer satisfaction. The buffet breakfast offers a decent selection of made-to-order items, including idlis, porridge, fruits, juice. Complimentary pick up and drop-off service is provided.

Some in-room menus are reported to be expensive and tasteless.
